The Private Sector Consultation Mechanism (PSCM) is a platform for private-sector engagement under the EU–Philippines Green Economy Partnership. It brings together project proponents, businesses, technology providers, investors, government institutions, and development partners to identify opportunities, address project needs, and help promising green-economy initiatives move closer to investment and implementation.
